Shipping & Packaging

We’ve designed our fulfillment process to be as simple and efficient as possible. Your order goes through two main steps before it arrives at your door:

1. Processing & Packaging

Once your order is placed, our team prepares it for shipment. This includes processing your order, carefully packing your items, and making sure everything is ready for a safe journey.

2. Shipping

After your order has been prepared, it is handed over to our shipping carrier.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Since we work with multiple fulfillment centers around the world, your order will generally be shipped from the warehouse closest to you whenever possible. This helps us reduce transit times and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Taking both steps into account, your order will typically arrive within:

4–7 business days

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and may occasionally be longer due to circumstances outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or unexpected logistical issues.

We always do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
